Welcome to Washed In The Stream!  I am not sure what brought you here but I don’t believe in things happening by chance.  Let me introduce myself, my name is Michelle, I am a married mother of 3 adult children and I have seen my fair share of challenges.  I do life with God these days, mainly because doing it on my own didn’t really work for me.  Now don’t roll your eyes, I know, I thought the same way once but believe me, life can knock us around a bit and having God as my wingman has certainly helped.  I didn’t grow up all religious, in fact, I was the very opposite and there wouldn’t be too many things I haven’t tried or been on the fringes of.  The last thing I thought I wanted or needed in my life was God but here I am 15 years later and to be honest, couldn’t imagine my life without Him.  I am married to an ex-bikie and we love doing life together, we ride, we laugh, we love and we do family and God together and every year of marriage gets better and better but it hasn’t always been smooth sailing.  On these pages you will hopefully find encouragement, you don’t need to be religious to need encouragement.  I don’t like religion too much myself either so try not to take me talking about God in my day to day life as being too religious, it’s more just a personal relationship I have with a really great friend and if He passes on any wise advice to me, I will be only to happy to share it with you.  It’s got me this far.

You might be wondering where the name Washed In The Stream came from, well pull up a rock and stay  awhile and lets do some life together and you will start to see the picture that God painted for me.
